Payment :
On site, payment can be made by credit card, cash or Paypal.
Tourist Tax :
In addition to the price of your stay, a tourist tax is collected by the host on behalf of the Agglomeration Community of the West Coast Territory.
tourist tax is not included in our rates. In 2022, the amount is 0.80 € / person and per night.
The Deposit :
To confirm you the reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay. Payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer.
The reservation will only be confirmed after payment of the deposit.
Cancellation policy :
In the event of customer cancellation, the following penalties apply :
- Cancellation 30 to 15 days before arrival : 15% of the rental amount
- Cancellation within 15 days before arrival : 30% of the rental amount
In the event of cancellation at the initiative of the lessor, all sums will be refunded.
For any early departure, the nights not spent in the accommoadation are not refunded.
