On site, payment can be made by credit card, cash.
Tourist Tax :
In addition to the price of your stay, a tourist tax is collected by the host on behalf of the Agglomeration Community of the West Coast Territory.
tourist tax is not included in our rates. In 2024, the amount is 0.80 € / person and per night.
The Deposit :
To confirm you the reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay. Payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer.
The reservation will only be confirmed after payment of the deposit.
Cancellation policy :
The customer can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
From 2 to 30 days before arrival, the client must pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
1 day before arrival, the customer must pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation
If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
For any early departure, the nights not spent in the accommodation are not refunded.
In the event of cancellation on the initiative of the lessor, the full amount will be refunded.
